Blog Relocation
Hi Everyone:
We've created a new blog since our son Lawson was born. Please visit us at www.thelombards.blogspot.com. We will no longer be updated this blog so make sure to make the switch in your favorites.
The Lombards
That's right...he's here! The wait is over. Jaxon Wade, to be called "Jax", made his grandiose arrival on Setpember 8, 2006 @ 8:04pm weighing in at 7 lbs. 2 oz., 19 inches long. We want to share the memories of our first days with our precious son with all of our friends and family. Enjoy!
Hi Everyone:
Jax has started this new game where we say "Night, Night" and he'll lay his head on his blanket. Then, we'll say "Wake Up, Wake Up". And he pops his head up. He was extremely tired after each day, so every night at dinner, he would simply lay his head down and rest while the rest of us finished dinner.

Well, we did it, our obligation as parents...we took Jax to the beach for the first time. Wade and I definitely do not love the beach. We'd much rather be at the pool. However, we did spend a entire 10 minutes at the beach while in Florida. It was such a pain to be there! Jax did not like the feel of the sand and was a little bit hesitant when the waves came crashing in. But at 11 months old, he has seen the beach!

Well, in case you haven't heard...one more baby is on the way. Lindsey, Ashley and I always said that we'd all be pregnant at the same time. And we barely made the mark! Lindsey was being enduced the morning after this picture was taken! Wade and I are very excited. Baby #2 is due on December 23. We can't think of a better Christmas gift! I'm ten weeks along and counting. My pregnancy has been a little different this time but I try to roll with the punches. It's getting much better and surprisingly, I'm not as tired as I was with Jax?! Jax and the baby will be 15 months apart. People say that I'm crazy but I reassure them that it will probably only last five years!! We'll keep you posted.
Another Lombard cousin has been added to the ever growing clan of BOYS! Lindsey and Derek gave birth to a beautiful baby boy with a massive amount of black hair on April 25 at 2:48 p.m. (Sorry about the delay in getting pics of him up on the blog!). He's grown so much since we took these. In fact, he's already sleeping 7 hours through the night...what a dream!
